IMAGE OF THE MONTH (2) Sept/Oct '09
For our second IMAGE OF THE MONTH we are delighted to feature the work of ARMINDO LOPES.

"I am Portuguese, from Porto, the city which gave the name to the Port Wine.
I started taking pictures in 1969 with a second hand compact Canon. A couple of friends had dark rooms and Nikons. Me too, within 6 months. Nikon must be my love because I divorced 3 times but always kept my Nikons. I like documentary photography but I feel I am quite polyvalent. I joined the digital photography around 2000 and since then my workflow increased tremendously. It's so easy to make mistakes and start all over again... I have D70, D200, D700 and Nikon gear.
I hope you enjoy my work."
