WE TRAVEL TO SOUTH AFRICA TO GREET OUR 8TH GUEST: WELCOME
EDDIE REINECKE
"After my photography sort of reached stalemate in the early nineties, my introduction to Photoshop opened up a whole new world for me. I couldn’t learn the basic skills of Photoshop
(I think it was version 4) quickly enough and even now I learn new things every day. Having an IT background, the merging of computer and camera skills came quite naturally.
I shoot with very modest equipment and my 20 year old Canon 75-300mm lens is still my stock lens. Some of my favourite subjects include birds, insects and sporting activities.
I am a member of the Krugersdorp Camera Club as well as the Photographic Society of South Africa.
I am currently the holder of the Impala Trophy for digital photography, awarded by the PSSA to the photographer who perform the best at salons hosted locally".
