WE TRAVEL BACK TO THE UK TO GREET OUR 7TH GUEST: WELCOME SIMON BULL "I have always had an interest in photography since being given a Brownie Box Camera for my 10th Birthday, but it was not until my semi-retirement from teaching a few years ago, giving me a little more time, that I took the plunge and set up my own photographic website. Over the last few years I have learnt so much from many talented photographers and have begun to develop a range of images in my portfolio, examples of which can be found on Simon Bull Images. At present I particularly enjoy HDR photography which can produce some beautiful textures. Commissions have been extensive and include product photography for a Fair Trade Company’s website, a photo shoot in Kenya, photographic images of fine arts work and formal and informal events photography. My images have appeared in a variety of photographic journals and books, including a 4 page Portfolio in the ‘Digital Photographer’ magazine. For me, the joy of photography is learning from other people's photography work and not quite knowing what's round the corner - hopefully, with camera in hand, I might just manage to capture it! All very exciting!".
